Uno Minda, a prominent Tier 1 supplier of automotive solutions to OEMs, has unveiled the Uno Star 2.0 application in the Indian market. This move comes as the automotive industry experiences a significant shift towards digital marketplaces, fostering direct interactions between consumers and brands. The Uno Star 2.0 app aims to enhance customer convenience and accessibility, reflecting Uno Minda's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

The Uno Star 2.0 app supports 11 languages, including Hindi, English, and various regional languages, ensuring broad accessibility across diverse regions of India. One of its features is the loyalty program, structured into five tiers - Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Customers at each tier level are eligible for exclusive rewards and benefits, with the opportunity to spin the wheel for additional rewards upon reaching their respective tiers.

Parth Vora, Head of Distribution at Uno Minda Ltd., shared “Loyalty programs mostly offer similar rewards and benefits to all the customers without understanding their preferences, which leads to a lack of differentiation and personalization. To offer those special services, Uno Minda has taken this step. With its user-friendly interface, comprehensive features, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, the UNO Star App will revolutionize the way the automotive industry approaches these programs. This initiative reflects our dedication to offering a more tailored and satisfying automotive experience for our customers and partners, setting a new standard in industry loyalty initiatives.”

The Uno Star app offers seamless registration for various user categories, including retailers, mechanics, authorised service centers, and distributors. Mechanics are required to submit essential documents such as Aadhar cards and PAN cards, while other users need to provide documents like GSTN Certificates, Business PAN Cards, and relevant invoices for secure registration.
