Ultraviolette opens experience centre in Pune
The Electric motorcycle maker launches 2,100 sq. ft. 'Space Station' featuring interactive zones, test rides, and comprehensive services to boost performance EV adoption.
Ultraviolette (UV) has opened its new retail experience center, called the Ultraviolette Space Station, in Shivajinagar, Pune. The 2,100 sq. ft. facility aims to provide an ownership experience for both current and potential Ultraviolette customers. Visitors can test ride and purchase the F77 MACH 2 at this location.
Narayan Subramaniam, CEO and Co-Founder of Ultraviolette, stated that Pune was chosen for its rich motorcycling culture and automotive heritage. He noted that the city's strategic location and dynamic market make it suitable for expanding their presence. The Space Station is designed to meet the increasing demand for performance motorcycles and offer a comprehensive brand experience.
The experience center features various facilities to address sales and service needs. These include a showroom, display area, service center, workshop, charging infrastructure, and a customer lounge. Visitors can explore interactive technology zones, configure vehicles, browse tech-enabled merchandise, and access an accessory zone. The center also provides test rides, a vehicle delivery area, and comprehensive service support.
Niraj Rajmohan, CTO and Co-Founder of Ultraviolette, emphasised that every aspect of the experience center was designed to meet high standards of quality and convenience. He expressed the belief that providing a holistic and high-quality customer experience could accelerate the adoption of performance electric motorcycles across India. Rajmohan also mentioned that the sales and service team in Pune received training and certification at Ultraviolette's training center in Bengaluru.
