Ultraviolette Opens Experience Center in Patna

Electric motorcycles manufacturer Ultraviolette has launched its first experience center in East India with the inauguration of a 2500 sq. ft. facility in Patna. This marks the company’s expansion into the region, marking its presence in twelve cities across the country.

Ultraviolette has presence in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mangaluru, Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, and New Delhi.

The new Ultraviolette Space Station in Patna will offer test rides, sales, and service for its motorcycles, along with charging infrastructure and accessories, the company said. The facility is also equipped with the UV SuperNova DC fast charging system. Customers will have access to Ultraviolette’s F77 MACH2 and F77 SuperStreet motorcycles, which feature a powertrain delivering 40.2 hp and 100 Nm of torque. The motorcycles can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in 2.8 seconds and have an IDC range of 323 km with a 10.3 kWh battery.

Narayan Subramaniam, CEO and Co-founder of Ultraviolette, stated that the expansion into Patna aligns with the company’s goal of increasing accessibility to its products and services. He highlighted Patna’s economic growth and market potential as key factors in the decision to open the experience center.

Ultraviolette recently introduced two new electric vehicles—the ‘Tesseract’ electric scooter and the ‘Shockwave’ electric motorcycle. The Tesseract features an integrated radar and dashcam, along with safety technologies such as blind spot detection, lane change assist, and collision alerts. It also includes traction control, dynamic regeneration, a 7-inch touchscreen TFT display, and LED indicators embedded in the ORVMs. The Shockwave is designed to offer a performance-oriented riding experience inspired by the lightweight motorcycles of the two-stroke era.

Pre-bookings for the Tesseract and Shockwave are available on the Ultraviolette website for ₹999. The Patna experience center is located at 1st Floor, 102, Shakti Tower, Fatuha Marg, Mahavir Nagar, Patna, Bihar – 800002.

Founded in 2016 by Narayan Subramaniam and Niraj Rajmohan, Ultraviolette focuses on electric vehicle platforms and battery technology. The company is backed by investors such as Lingotto (a subsidiary of EXOR N.V.), Qualcomm Ventures, Zoho Corporation, TVS Motors, and Speciale Invest.
