TVS Racing Concludes First International Season of Apache Racing Experience GP
The customer racing platform ran across four countries and over 20 cities, drawing more than 1,100 participants between June 2025 and March 2026.
TVS Racing concluded the inaugural international season of the TVS Apache Racing Experience (ARE) GP on April 6, 2026, at the Madras International Circuit, Chennai, completing a nine-month campaign held across India, Mexico, Colombia, and Nepal, in which over 1,100 participants competed across more than 20 cities.
The season finale saw 60 finalists race alongside 45 media riders before an audience of over 500 spectators. The platform, which has engaged over 4,000 customers since its launch in 2007, is structured to allow TVS Apache owners to undergo on-track training and competitive racing under professional supervision.
Participant categories spanned the TVS Apache RTR 160cc, 180cc, 200cc, and 310cc. Media categories included a women's category — a first for the platform — alongside men's and expert categories. Training focused on braking, cornering, race discipline, and track conduct, guided by TVS Racing champions.
Top finishers received all-expenses-paid trips to MotoGP (Asia), wild card entries into rounds of the TVS One Make Championship on the RR 310, TVS Racing factory visits, and access to marquee riding experiences.
Vimal Sumbly, Head – Premium Business, TVS Motor Company, said: "The successful completion of the first international season of TVS ARE GP marks a significant milestone in our journey to build a structured, customer-first racing ecosystem. For over four decades, TVS Racing has been at the forefront of developing grassroots motorsport in India. With platforms such as the TVS OMC and TVS ARE GP, we are creating a clear pathway for riders to experience professional training and competitive racing in a safe and structured environment. The expansion of TVS ARE GP beyond India reflects our commitment to taking this ecosystem global while continuing to nurture the next generation of racing talent."
TVS Racing has operated in Indian motorsport since 1982 and introduced the country's first One Make Championship in 1994.
