TVS Motor Company Launches Customer Support Initiative

TVS Motor Company on Thursday announced the launch of ‘TVS KING Ka Vaada 3.0’, an upgraded customer support initiative for its three-wheeler range, aimed at expanding ownership benefits and strengthening financial and social security for customers.

The latest iteration of the programme builds on previous versions by widening its scope beyond vehicle ownership to include personal and family protection benefits. The company said the initiative is designed to reduce downtime, improve operational continuity, and provide greater financial stability for three-wheeler operators.

Under the initiative, customers will receive a combination of vehicle-related services and insurance-linked benefits. These include personal accidental coverage of up to ₹10 lakh in the event of death or permanent disability, education assistance of ₹1 lakh per child for up to two children under similar circumstances, and a daily hospitalisation benefit of ₹4,000 for up to 30 days.

The scheme also offers extended warranty coverage, three free maintenance services, and roadside assistance, aimed at ensuring uninterrupted operations for vehicle owners.

The programme is applicable across the entire TVS King portfolio, covering both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicle (EV) models in passenger and cargo segments.

Passenger ICE variants such as the TVS King Deluxe and TVS King Duramax Plus come with a two-year warranty, three free services, and one year of roadside assistance. The electric passenger model, TVS King EV Max, is offered with a six-year warranty, along with three free services and three years of roadside assistance.

In the cargo segment, models including the TVS King Kargo HD and TVS King Kargo HD EV are covered with up to six years of warranty, three free services, and three years of roadside assistance, in addition to the personal and family protection benefits.

With this initiative, the company aims to strengthen its value proposition in the three-wheeler segment by integrating vehicle performance with broader customer welfare measures, particularly for commercial operators dependent on daily earnings.
