TVS Motor Company Expands Three-Wheeler Portfolio in Mexican Market

TVS Motor Company, a global manufacturer of two and three-wheelers, launched two new three-wheeler models in Mexico today. The TVS King Duramax Plus and TVS King Deluxe Plus were unveiled in Oaxaca and will be available to Mexican consumers starting next month through Motomex, the company's official distributor in the region.

The TVS King Duramax Plus features a 225 cc liquid-cooled engine, LED headlamps, tubeless tires, and additional storage options. Meanwhile, the TVS King Deluxe Plus comes equipped with a 200 cc engine, one-touch starting functionality, and is built on a chassis designed for passenger safety.

Martin Corsunsky, Business Head for Latin America at TVS Motor Company, emphasized the company's experience in the three-wheeler segment and expressed optimism about the reception these vehicles will receive in Mexico.

The launch represents TVS Motor's continued expansion in Latin America as part of its global mobility strategy. The company currently sells its products in more than 80 countries across Asia, Africa, Europe, and Latin America.

TVS Motor Company operates four manufacturing facilities located in India and Indonesia. The company is publicly listed on both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India.

In recent years, TVS has expanded its global footprint through various acquisitions, including UK-based Norton Motorcycles and Swiss E-Mobility Group in the personal e-mobility sector. The company has received recognition through multiple J.D. Power awards for customer satisfaction and quality.
