TVS Motor Company achieves record monthly sales in October 2024

The company reports total sales of 489,015 units, a 13% increase from the previous year, alongside significant growth in both two-wheeler and electric vehicle sales.

TVS Motor Company reported record monthly sales in October 2024, with a total of 489,015 units, reflecting a 13% growth compared to 434,714 units in October 2023. The company's electric vehicle (EV) segment also achieved its highest monthly sales to date, marking a 45% increase.

In the two-wheeler segment, sales saw a 14% rise, reaching 478,159 units in October 2024, up from 420,610 units in the same period last year. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew by 13%, with 390,489 units sold in October 2024 compared to 344,957 units in October 2023.

Motorcycle sales increased by 14%, rising from 201,965 units in October 2023 to 230,822 units in October 2024. Meanwhile, scooter sales saw a 17% growth, reaching 193,439 units in October 2024, up from 165,135 units in October 2023.

TVS Motor Company is a prominent two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer based in India. Established in 1978, it has become one of the leading players in the Indian automotive sector.
