TVS Motor introduces limited-edition models and upgraded 4V variants across Apache lineup to mark two decades of flagship motorcycle

TVS Apache Completes 20 Years, Launches Anniversary Editions and Premium Variants

TVS Motor Company launched limited-edition anniversary variants and premium upgrades across its Apache motorcycle lineup on Friday to commemorate 20 years of its flagship sports motorcycle brand, which has sold over 6.5 million units globally since its 2005 debut.

The Chennai-based automaker introduced celebratory editions for six Apache models - RTR 160, RTR 180, RTR 200, RTR 160 4V, RTR 200 4V, RTR310, and RR310 - featuring exclusive black-champagne-gold livery and dual-tone alloy wheels. Additionally, new top-end variants of the RTR 160 4V and RTR 200 4V were unveiled with advanced features including projector headlamps, TFT displays, and traction control systems.

Enhanced Feature Set

The anniversary editions incorporate a first-ever USB charger across Apache models, dedicated 20-year anniversary logos, and premium dual-tone black and gold alloy wheels for variants from RTR 160 to RTR 200 4V.

The new 4V top-end variants receive Class-D projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, 5-inch TFT clusters with Bluetooth connectivity and voice assist, traction control systems, and assist-and-slipper clutch technology. New color options include Racing Red, Marine Blue, and Matte Black for the 160 4V, while the 200 4V gets Matte Black and Granite Grey options.

The Apache brand operates across 80 countries and draws from TVS Racing's four-decade motorsports heritage. The motorcycle segment has been central to TVS Motor's premium portfolio strategy in India's competitive two-wheeler market.

Pricing Structure

The new variants are priced between ₹1,28,490 and ₹1,59,990 for regular models, while anniversary editions range from ₹1,37,990 to ₹3,37,000 (ex-showroom New Delhi). Bookings commenced on the launch date across TVS dealerships.
