Tsuyo Manufacturing Private Limited, an e-mobility component manufacturing company, has appointed Prashant Ranjan as Director In-Charge – Sales & Service. The company said the move is part of efforts to scale operations and meet growing demand for electric mobility solutions in India.
In his new role, Ranjan will oversee the company's domestic business operations, including market expansion, business development, customer engagement, and after-sales service. He will also be responsible for building the company's service network.
Ranjan has previously held leadership positions at Saint-Gobain, Wipro, and Godrej, where he worked on business transformation, revenue growth, and team development across different sectors.
Commenting on the appointment, Ranjan said the Indian electric mobility sector was entering a growth phase supported by innovation, policy measures, and rising consumer adoption. He said he looked forward to contributing to the company's expansion plans.
Tsuyo Manufacturing produces electric powertrain components, including motors and controllers ranging from 0.5 kW to 400 kW, for three-wheelers, light and heavy commercial vehicles, and off-road applications. The company works with research institutions including IITs and NITs, and says it has sold over 200,000 motors to more than 50 original equipment manufacturers. It operates two manufacturing facilities in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
