TSF Group Displays Commercial Vehicle Technologies At IAA 2026

TSF Group is showcasing products across braking systems, wheels, pneumatics, axles and turbochargers at IAA 2026 in Germany, targeting global commercial and off-highway vehicle markets. The group includes Brakes India, Wheels India, Axles India and Turbo Energy among its automotive businesses.

Brakes India is displaying a 22.5-inch lightweight monobloc Twin Piston Air Disc Brake, air brake compressors and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) systems. The products are intended for applications including trucks, tractors, trailers, tippers and buses, alongside a broader range of pneumatic braking systems for light and heavy commercial vehicles.

The group said the IAA 2026 display reflects Brakes India’s expansion into integrated braking and vehicle-control technologies for global commercial vehicle applications. Managing director Sriram Viji said the company's focus is on developing braking and vehicle-control systems for changing requirements in international commercial vehicle markets.

Wheels India Displays Forged And Steel Wheels

Wheels India is exhibiting higher-load forged wheels, larger-size forged wheels and single-piece steel wheels at IAA 2026. The products are intended for electric buses, trailers and trucks.

Chairman and managing director Srivats Ram said the company plans to continue developing and supplying products for European customers and their evolving requirements.

Axles India Showcases Cast Axle Beams

Axles India is displaying cast axle beams developed for deep-mining and heavy-construction vehicles. According to the company, the axle beams are manufactured using casting processes and precision machining for off-highway applications.

Managing director V. Madhavan said Axles India is using process technologies and its existing engineering capabilities to pursue opportunities with global OEMs.

Turbo Energy Displays Turbochargers And E-Compressors

Turbo Energy is exhibiting its range of turbochargers and e-compressors, developed at its R&D centre in Chennai with support from BorgWarner Turbo Systems, Germany.

The company says its turbocharger portfolio covers powertrains using CNG, LNG, flex fuel and hydrogen, as well as gasoline, hybrid and diesel applications. Its high-speed e-compressors are used in fuel-cell electric vehicles.

Across its automotive businesses, the TSF Group operates in component manufacturing, parts distribution, vehicle dealerships and vehicle financing. The group says its companies have combined revenue of more than ₹35,000 crore, with 45,000-plus employees, 50 factories and more than 1,400 branches.

Brakes India, Wheels India, Axles India and Turbo Energy have manufacturing and export operations spanning commercial vehicles and other automotive and industrial applications. The release states that Wheels India operates 14 plants in India, Axles India has exported more than 1.4 million axle housings to North America, and Turbo Energy has annual capacity for two million turbochargers and five million turbocharger components.
