Triveni Power Transmission Limited (TPTL) has partnered with Salesforce as part of its digital transformation strategy aimed at strengthening customer engagement, improving business visibility and supporting future growth. The industrial power transmission manufacturer will deploy Salesforce's Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service platforms across its operations.

According to the company, the implementation will establish a single integrated platform that consolidates customer information, enabling teams to access real-time insights, improve sales forecasting and enhance collaboration across key business functions. The platform will also support opportunity tracking and data-driven decision-making.

TPTL said the initiative will integrate sales, tender and bid management, business forecasting, customer requirements and service priorities on a common digital platform. The system will also connect customer interactions with downstream processes such as manufacturing, delivery, invoicing and after-sales service to provide end-to-end visibility across the value chain. The company added that AI-powered analytics will support business forecasting, identify growth opportunities and help manage operational risks, while also creating a foundation for future AI-enabled sales and customer intelligence capabilities.

Rajiv Rajpal, CEO, Triveni Power Transmission Limited, said, "For TPTL, customer centricity is central to how we grow and compete across markets. As we expand our engagement with customers across industries and geographies, Salesforce will enable us to bring greater clarity, consistency, and responsiveness across the entire customer lifecycle, from opportunity identification and tendering to project execution and after-sales support."

Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director, Salesforce India, said, "Technology is reshaping how industrial organisations create value, enabling richer customer experiences and new avenues for growth. By connecting data, intelligence, and engagement across the customer lifecycle, organisations like Triveni Power are transforming customer experiences and unlocking new growth opportunities."
