Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has announced the pricing of the all-electric Urban Cruiser Ebella E3 at Rs 23.6 lakh (ex-showroom), adding a new battery electric vehicle offering to its India portfolio.
The Urban Cruiser Ebella E3 is powered by a 61kWh battery pack paired with a 128kW electric motor producing 189Nm of torque. The model has been positioned as an urban-focused electric SUV with a combination of connected technologies, safety features and ownership support programmes.
The SUV adopts Toyota’s ‘Urban Tech’ design language with features including a hammerhead-inspired front fascia, LED lighting, dual-tone paint options and 18-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin gets ventilated front seats, sliding and reclining rear seats, a panoramic roof, ambient lighting and a JBL audio system.
The vehicle features a digital cockpit integrating a 10.25-inch instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Safety features include Level 2 advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), seven airbags, a 360-degree camera system and a high-tensile body structure.
Toyota is also offering an eight-year battery warranty, assured buyback programmes and Battery-as-a-Service options as part of the ownership package. The company said its BEV service network currently includes more than 500 service touchpoints supported by over 2,500 trained technicians.
Charging compatibility includes both AC and DC fast charging, while connected features through Toyota’s i-Connect platform support remote charging management, charging schedules and battery monitoring.
The Urban Cruiser Ebella will be available in five monotone and four dual-tone exterior colour options.
