Toyota Refreshes the Innova Crysta with New Design and Added Features
Toyota Kirloskar Motor has launched an updated version of the Innova Crysta in India, introducing revised exterior styling, a refreshed cabin, additional convenience features, and new technology options across select grades of the long-running MPV.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) officially unveiled the New Innova Crysta on Wednesday, marking the latest update to one of India's most recognised multi-purpose vehicles. The refresh introduces changes to the vehicle's exterior and interior, while retaining the 2.4-litre diesel engine and manual transmission that have underpinned the model since its original introduction.
The updated model features a redesigned radiator grille and revised front and rear bumper garnishes intended to give the vehicle a more assertive road presence. Toyota says the changes are aimed at adding visual freshness while preserving the familiar proportions and silhouette that buyers associate with the nameplate.
Inside, the cabin receives dual-tone leather seat upholstery and updated trim finishes across the instrument panel, door trims, and bezels in a Grace Copper tone, complemented by wood-pattern highlights. A wireless charger and Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) have been added to select grades as part of the convenience package.
The New Innova Crysta continues to be powered by a 2.4-litre diesel engine mated to a manual transmission. Toyota claims a certified fuel efficiency of up to 15 km/l. The vehicle is equipped with seven airbags, ABS, Vehicle Stability Control, Hill Start Assist, and electronic brake force distribution as part of its safety package.
The New Innova Crysta is priced from Rs. 19,72,000 (ex-showroom) for the base GX 7-seater variant, extending to Rs. 26,63,000 for the top-spec ZX grade. The model is available in five colour options: Platinum White Pearl, Super White, Silver Metallic, Attitude Black Mica, and Avant-Garde Bronze Metallic.
