Toyota has joined the list of carmakers that have come out with special edition models for the festive season. It has launched the Hyryder Festival Limited Edition with a complementary accessories package, which adds cosmetic changes outside and inside. The special edition Hyryder is only available in mid-spec G and top-spec V trims.
Toyota Hyryder Festival Limited Edition: what’s new?
The accessories pack adds 13 Toyota Genuine Accessories to the mid-spec and top-spec variants. On the outside, this includes new mud flaps, a door visor, chrome garnish on the front and rear bumpers, headlights, logo, body cladding, fenders, boot and door handles. Inside, the Hyryder Festival Limited Edition sports all-weather 3D floor mats, lights for the leg area and a dash cam.

Toyota Hyryder Festival Limited Edition: powertrains
Toyota offers the Hyryder Festival Limited Edition in mild-hybrid petrol and strong hybrid options. In mild-hybrid form, the Hyryder gets a 103hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine and 12V system that comes paired to either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed torque convertor automatic; AWD is also an option with the manual gearbox. The Hyryder Hybrid is powered by a combination of a 92hp, 1.5-litre petrol engine and an 80hp electric motor, which together produce 116hp.
While the Hyryder Hybrid is among the most fuel-efficient cars in India, with an ARAI-rated 27.97kpl, the mild-hybrid versions are quite frugal, too. The manual is rated at 21.12kpl, the automatic goes 20.58km on a litre of petrol, and the AWD version has a 19.39kpl figure.
