Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions Opens Multi-Brand Service Outlet in Bengaluru
Joint venture launches first retail service center targeting India's fragmented automotive servicing market.
Toyota Kirloskar Sundaram Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd has inaugurated its first multi-brand service outlet in Bengaluru under the "TSERV Select" brand. The facility, located in KR Puram, was opened on 29th January 2026.
The company is a joint venture between Kirloskar Systems Pvt Ltd, Trichur Sundaram Santhanam Family (TSSF Group), and Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt Ltd (TKM). It was incorporated in April 2025.
According to the company, the venture aims to address gaps in India's automotive servicing sector, which remains largely fragmented and unorganized despite growing demand for standardized service solutions. The TSERV Select outlet will offer multi-brand vehicle servicing supported by trained technicians and quality systems.
The company has appointed Rajesh Menon as President. Menon brings over 35 years of experience in the automobile sector to the role.
In addition to company-owned TSERV Select outlets, the venture operates a network of approximately 150 third-party service centers under the "TSERV" trademark. The company has indicated plans to expand into other Indian cities based on market demand.
Geetanjali Kirloskar, Chairperson and Managing Director of Kirloskar Systems, stated that the outlet represents a milestone in building a customer-oriented service platform focused on transparency and trust.
Srivats Ram, Director of TSSF Group, emphasized the venture's commitment to making professional vehicle service more accessible and affordable across the country.
Tadashi Asazuma, Deputy Managing Director of Toyota Kirloskar Motor, described the launch as reflecting the company's service philosophy through local partnerships, with an emphasis on quality and customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
