Toyota Kirloskar Motor introduces T CARE to elevate customers’ ownership experience

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has introduced a new initiative called "T CARE," designed to enhance the ownership experience for its customers. The initiative aims to provide a comprehensive range of services under a single brand, reflecting Toyota's commitment to reliability, quality, and customer care.

"T CARE" brings together various support services and value-added offerings to streamline the customer experience, ensuring accessible and high-quality assistance throughout the ownership journey with Toyota vehicles. The initiative is focused on building long-term relationships with customers and offering a more integrated and convenient service experience.

Sabari Manohar, Vice President of Sales, Service, and Used Car Business at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, stated that the "T CARE" initiative is part of Toyota's ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience across all stages of vehicle ownership. He highlighted that the program includes a variety of offerings, such as T DELIVER, T GLOSS, T ASSIST, T SAATH, T SECURE, and T CHOICE, all aimed at providing seamless and personalized support to customers in both rural and urban areas.

Manohar emphasized that "T CARE" is intended to strengthen Toyota's relationship with its customers and to maintain the trust that has been built over the years. He added that the initiative aligns with Toyota's goal of becoming a mobility company that caters to the evolving needs of its customers.

The launch of "T CARE" reflects Toyota Kirloskar Motor's focus on delivering a satisfying and reliable ownership experience, supporting its broader vision of meeting diverse mobility needs in the Indian market.
