Toyota Kirloskar Motor further rejigs top brass, additional organisational changes announced

Toyota Kirloskar Motor has announced additional organisational changes to its top management, marking the second personnel rejig in just a few days. 

Effective 1 January 2024, Padmanabha has been assigned as Executive Vice President of Manufacturing Function. 

G. Shankara, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer has been appointed as the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration. He will oversee functions including HR, financial and operational strategies.

Vikram Gulati will continue to function as Country Head and Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Governance, and will oversee policy-related matters and external communication including Public Relations and Corporate Governance.

Yoshinori Noritake will hold the position of Executive Vice President for Technical and Purchase and Chief Technical Officer, looking after all technical and purchase related matters.

On 3 January 2024, the MD and CEO, Masakazu Yoshimura was also appointed as the Regional CEO. Tadashi Asazuma, currently Executive Vice President, was made Deputy Managing Director – Sales-Service-Used Car TKM & Lexus, and Swapnesh R Maru, presently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer,was elevated to Deputy Managing Director – Corporate Planning, Finance and Administration and Manufacturing.
