TIL Limited Launches Three Indigenous Material Handling Products at EXCON 2025
The Kolkata-based manufacturer unveiled a pick-and-carry crane, truck crane, and rough terrain container handler at India's premier construction equipment exhibition in Bengaluru.
TIL Limited introduced three domestically manufactured material handling products at EXCON 2025, held at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre. The launches represent the company's strategic expansion in India's infrastructure equipment sector.
The flagship product is the CarryKing 515, a pick-and-carry-on-deck crane with 15-tonne capacity at 2.5-metre radius. Powered by an Ashok Leyland engine delivering 130 horsepower, the crane features a 4-section boom extending from 6.5 to 17 metres and includes 4x4 drive with 4-wheel steering. The machine incorporates a microprocessor-based safety system and can transport up to 6 tonnes on deck.
TIL also launched the TMS-885, an 85-tonne truck-mounted crane designed for the segment where the company previously held significant market presence. The crane features a 5-section boom ranging from 12.1 to 43.8 metres and is powered by a Cummins engine with 260 horsepower.
The third product, the RT RST-8, is described as a rough terrain empty container reachstacker with 4x4 drive capability. It handles up to 4 containers in the first row with an 8-tonne lifting capacity and 12.6-metre lifting height, powered by a Cummins 173 horsepower engine.
Sunil Kumar Chaturvedi, Chairman and Managing Director of TIL Limited, said the products address customer needs for safer and more efficient equipment. The company reported an order book exceeding ₹200 crore and 12 percent year-on-year revenue growth to ₹81.45 crore in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026.
Alok Tripathi, President of TIL Limited, emphasized the company's focus on safety in product development. Pinaki Niyogi, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer, highlighted that the RT RST-8 represents the world's first rough terrain empty container handler.
TIL Limited, established in 1944, operates manufacturing facilities in Kamarhati and Kharagpur. The company maintains strategic alliances with Manitowoc Company and Hyster-Yale Group. The five-day EXCON 2025 exhibition features over 1,200 exhibitors from the construction equipment industry.
