The Tata Sierra is all set to make a comeback on November 25, 2025. The latest teaser released by the brand previews the SUV’s interior and some features along with a unique three-screen setup which will be offered on higher variants.
The new teaser focuses on the Sierra’s dashboard, revealing a three-screen setup — a design that was previously spotted on test mules. Two of these screens act as infotainment displays, and while Tata hasn’t revealed the user interface or complete functionality, the teaser suggests that both displays can mirror the same content, giving passengers dual access to entertainment or navigation data. The digital instrument cluster appears identical to the one seen on the Tata Curvv, with familiar graphics and layouts. The display also shows a lane departure warning icon, confirming that the production model will feature an ADAS suite. Interestingly, a protruding panel above the driver’s side could indicate the presence of a head-up display (HUD), which would make the Sierra the first Tata model to feature this technology if confirmed.
Borrowing interior bits from the Curvv, the Sierra gets a touch-based climate control panel, featuring buttons for a powered tailgate, 360-degree camera, and dual-zone temperature control with a ‘sync’ option. The teaser also reveals a 4-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo and touch-sensitive controls, along with an auto-dimming IRVM. The dual-tone grey and black cabin theme also resembles the design language seen on the Curvv EV. As far as features go, the Sierra will also feature a panoramic sunroof, front and rear parking sensors, and rear window sunshades. Other expected features include ventilated front seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a wireless phone charger, six airbags, and an electronic parking brake.
An all-electric Sierra EV is also in the works with slightly different exterior styling and is expected to feature 55kWh and 65kWh battery options sourced from the Curvv EV and Harrier EV respectively.
When launched, the Sierra will compete with the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Hyryder, and the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Victors, while the Sierra EV will take on the Hyundai Creta EV, Mahindra BE.06, MG ZS EV, and Maruti e-Vitara.
