Tata Power partners with Le Roi Hotels and Resorts to install EV charging stations pan India
Out of the 16 chargers installed, there will be a balanced distribution of 8 fast DC (CCS-II) chargers and 8 AC (Type II) chargers, offering a comprehensive range of charging solutions for electric vehicle owners.
Tata Power has partnered with the Le Roi Hotels and Resorts to install EV charging stations across their hotels at various locations in the country. Tata Power will install 16 chargers across eight locations.
Out of the 16 chargers installed, there will be a balanced distribution of 8 fast DC (CCS-II) chargers and 8 AC (Type II) chargers, offering a comprehensive range of charging solutions for electric vehicle owners.
Covering multiple locations of Le Roi Hotels and Resorts, from the captivating city of Udaipur in the West to the serene coastal town of Digha in the East, this expansion also includes destinations such as Haridwar, Jammu, Tehri, Raipur, Corbett in the North, and Koti in the South.
“Through our collaboration with Le Roi Hotels and Resorts, Tata Power is spearheading the establishment of an extensive EV charging network to highlight our commitment to sustainable transportation and leadership in building a comprehensive charging infrastructure across popular tourist locations in the country, Virendra Goyal, Head of Business Development (EV Charging) at Tata Power said.

In the past, Tata Power has established partnerships with ama Stay and Trails - an IHCL venture with multiple locations, and the Tigress Resort in Ranthambore, to install EV charging points.
Tata Power which commands a 60% market share in the country, has installed 40,000+ home chargers, 4000+ public and semi-public charging points, and 250 bus charging points, the press release noted.
