Tata Power launches charging points on crucial routes across Ayodhya

The company's EZ Charge network in the state includes 4137 home chargers, 230 public charging points, and 39 captive chargers.

Tata Power, in collaboration with the Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA), has established EV charging points in and around Ayodhya. This strategic partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles and foster sustainable transportation solutions.

The unveiling ceremony of these EV charging points took place at the Collectorate Office MLCP Parking in Ayodhya, attended by Gaurav Dayal, Commissioner of Ayodhya, and Ashwini Pandey, Vice Chairman of the ADA, along with representatives from Tata Power including Deepesh Nanda, CEO & MD – Tata Power Renewable Energy Limited, Virendra Goyal, Head Business Development (EV), and Ramkrishna Singh, Head Business Operations (EV).

This initiative links Ayodhya with nearby major cities through the establishment of electric vehicle charging points along crucial routes such as Ayodhya to Lucknow via NH27, Ayodhya to Raebarelli via NH330, Ayodhya to Prayagraj via NH330, and Ayodhya to Gorakhpur via NH27.
