Talbros Automotive Secures Orders Worth Over Rs 1,000 Crore
Auto component manufacturer receives multi-year contracts from domestic and international OEMs across product lines.
Talbros Automotive Components Limited (TACL) and its joint ventures have secured orders valued at over Rs 1,000 crore from leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) for both domestic and export markets. The orders are scheduled to be executed over the next five years, with commercialization beginning in FY27.
The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing to stock exchanges on February 6, 2026. The orders span across TACL's entire product portfolio, including gaskets, heat shields, forging components, hoses, anti-vibration parts, and chassis components.
The sealing business division secured orders worth approximately Rs 250 crore for gaskets and heat shield products, of which around Rs 110 crore is for exports. The forgings business received export orders worth Rs 500 crore, with a significant portion coming from a newly onboarded European-based global automotive component supplier.
Through its joint venture, Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems, the company obtained export orders of Rs 90 crore for body-in-white (BIW) components from a multinational automobile manufacturer producing luxury vehicles and SUVs. These orders cater to the electric vehicle segment.
The joint venture Talbros Marugo Rubber secured orders worth Rs 170 crore in the domestic market for hoses and anti-vibration parts.
According to the company's statement, approximately Rs 700 crore of the total orders are for exports, while Rs 100 crore worth of orders are for the EV segment.
Established in 1956, Talbros Automotive Components Limited manufactures automotive and industrial gaskets, chassis components, rubber products, and forgings. The company, along with its joint ventures, operates 10 manufacturing facilities across Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Maharashtra, along with an R&D technology center in Faridabad.
The company supplies to major automotive manufacturers including JLR, JCB, Volvo, Bajaj Auto, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Honda, Hero MotoCorp, and Mahindra & Mahindra, among others.
