Swaraj Tractors expands 25HP segment with compact TARGET 625 tractor
It delivers 83.1 Nm of torque, enabling the tractor to handle trailed sprayers of up to 600 litres, even in muddy terrains.
Swaraj Tractors, part of the Mahindra Group, has expanded its 25HP range with the introduction of compact lightweight tractor Target 625 on Thursday. Available in both 4WD and 2WD variants, Swaraj Target 625 comes with powerful DI engine.
With its combination of power, technology, and maneuverability, this tractor can be used in a wide range of agricultural tasks, including spraying and interculture operations, as per company's official release. It delivers 83.1 Nm of torque, enabling the tractor to handle trailed sprayers of up to 600 litres, even in muddy terrains.
This new tractor offers the narrowest track width in its category, with adjustable options of 28, 32, or 36 inches to suit various crop requirements. It also boasts a lifting capacity of 980 kg, making it capable of handling the heaviest implements with ease.
According to the company, the compact design and best-in-class features make it an ideal choice for farmers seeking advanced machinery that enhances productivity while minimizing crop damage.
"With its narrowest track width in its class and a low turning radius, the Swaraj Target range ensures farmers can navigate tight spaces effortlessly, maximizing productivity. Its fuel-efficient design and advanced technology features—such as a synchromesh gearbox for smooth gearshifts offer car-like comfort and control, elevating the overall farming experience," the company added.
Moreover, this latest tractor range provides a 20% larger design for superior heat dissipation, preventing overheating during extended operations. It is also equipped with ADDC Hydraulics that ensures precise depth control for draft implements such as Duck foot cultivators, MB ploughs, and more.
The company also claims that Target 625 targets highest PTO Power in Its Class that provides 14.09 kW (18.9 HP) of PTO power, ensuring uniform mist-like spraying, even with trailed sprayers.
