Suzuki Motorcycle India Records Peak Monthly Volumes in May 2026

Total shipments cross 1.32 lakh units as domestic deliveries and exports maintain upward trajectories

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) achieved its highest-ever monthly sales volume in May 2026, delivering a total of 1,32,244 units. This performance represents a 3% year-on-year growth compared to the 1,28,897 units recorded during the same month last year.

The company's domestic dispatches reached an all-time high of 1,10,028 units for the month, rising 2% from the 1,07,780 units logged in May 2025. Overseas shipments also expanded, with export volumes increasing 5% to 22,216 units against the 21,117 units tracked in the corresponding period last year. Separately, the manufacturer reported that its component operations generated INR 953.60 million in spare parts sales revenue during May 2026, marking a 14% growth over the previous year's baseline.

To support its volume expansion, the subsidiary recently extended its retail footprint into the Union Territory of Ladakh by opening a dealership in Leh. It also established new commercial outlets across North India, specifically in Ludhiana, Bhatinda, and Sirsa.
