Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. has entered into a partnership with Greaves Finance Limited to provide financial solutions for customers purchasing the Suzuki e-ACCESS electric scooter. The collaboration, announced on January 13, 2026, combines an assured buyback program with retail financing options.

The partnership addresses a primary concern among electric vehicle buyers: uncertainty about resale values. Under the buyback program, customers can select either a 36-month plan guaranteeing up to 60% of the scooter's ex-showroom value or a 48-month plan offering up to 50%. Terms and conditions apply to both options.

Greaves Finance, operating under the brand name ev.fin, will also provide retail financing. Customers can access loans covering up to 100% of the purchase price, with interest rates starting from 5.99% and monthly payments beginning at INR 3,999. The company offers these services in 75 cities across India through a digital processing system.

Deepak Mutreja, Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at Suzuki Motorcycle India, said the partnership aims to simplify ownership at both purchase and resale stages. P. B. Sunil Kumar, Executive Director and CEO of Greaves Finance, stated the collaboration seeks to reduce concerns about EV resale values.

Suzuki Motorcycle India, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan, began operations in India in February 2006. The company operates a manufacturing facility in Gurugram, Haryana, with an annual production capacity of 1.3 million units. Greaves Finance Limited is a non-banking financial company and wholly owned subsidiary of Greaves Cotton Limited.

The Suzuki e-ACCESS is currently available for booking through Suzuki Motorcycle India's dealer network across the country.
