Sujan ContiTech Secures Position Among India's Top 25 Manufacturing Workplaces

Sujan ContiTech AVS Private Limited (SCT), the joint venture between JNV Ventures Group and Continental AG, has been recognized among the Top 25 Best Workplaces in India's mid-sized manufacturing sector. This recognition comes from a Great Place to Work India study that surveyed 800,000 employees across more than 340 organizations.

This achievement follows SCT's earlier recognition among the Top 20 workplaces in India's Auto and Auto components industry for 2024. The company has also received recertification as a Great Place to Work for 2025, marking its second consecutive year with this designation.

SCT is currently implementing its Samarth 2.0, Growth for All strategy with the goal of achieving market leadership in the Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) automotive vertical by 2028. The company serves numerous OEM brands across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles. SCT continues to focus on providing solutions that meet the requirements of the automotive sector while maintaining performance standards.
