Skoda Auto India's Kylaq has completed its first year in the market, reaching over 50,000 families across the country. The milestone marks a significant achievement for the brand's entry into the compact SUV segment.

Ashish G., Brand Director at Skoda Auto India, announced the anniversary celebration through a LinkedIn post, highlighting the model's contribution to the company's strongest performance in India to date. The Kylaq has emerged as a key contributor to Skoda's sales figures this year.

To build on this momentum, Skoda is expanding the Kylaq lineup with several customer-driven enhancements. The company is introducing an all-new Classic+ variant, which makes the Kylaq the most accessible SUV in its segment to offer a full-fledged torque converter automatic transmission. This addition aims to provide more customers with a seamless, fun-to-drive experience that Skoda vehicles are known for.

The Classic+ and Signature variants now feature key amenities including an electric sunroof, cruise control, and rain-sensing wipers. For customers seeking premium features, Skoda has introduced the Prestige+ variant at the top of the line.

Safety remains a cornerstone of the Kylaq's value proposition. The vehicle continues to offer six airbags as standard across all variants and maintains its 5-star Bharat NCAP rating, ensuring comprehensive safety for every owner.

To mark the anniversary, Skoda is offering special promotions on select variants, along with service packages and assured gifts for Kylaq purchasers during a limited period.

The Kylaq's first-year performance demonstrates Skoda's successful entry into India's competitive compact SUV market, where it competes with established players for market share among families seeking a combination of features, safety, and driving dynamics.
