Skoda Auto India recorded a 7.5 percent year-on-year increase in sales volumes during the first half of CY2026, maintaining its market momentum from the prior year. According to operational data released by the manufacturer, total vehicle deliveries reached 38,894 units for the six-month period ending June 30, 2026, up from the previous record of 36,194 units during the first half of 2025.
The volume expansion was supported by a series of product introductions and updates across the brand's domestic portfolio. Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Skoda Auto India, noted that demand during the period was driven by the new Kushaq, an updated Kodiaq, the core volumes of the Kylaq, and the Slavia sedan line. The automaker also introduced a limited-volume Kodiaq RS variant, which sold out its allocated inventory within six minutes of opening order books.
