SKF India Industrial Appoints Manasa Nagaraju to Lead IT and Digitalization

SKF India Industrial has named Manasa Nagaraju as the new Head of IT and Digitalization for its India, Southeast Asia, and Middle East region. In this role, Nagaraju will direct the company's regional information technology strategy, oversee enterprise transformation initiatives, and manage the deployment of data and cloud technologies to support business operations across the industrial market.

Nagaraju joins the bearing and lubrication systems manufacturer with a background in digital transformation across multiple sectors, including aviation, airport operations, public safety, food technology, and manufacturing. Her previous experience includes managing global technology programs, implementing cost optimization strategies, and developing data structures, cloud delivery systems, and digital human resources platforms.

Earlier in her career, Nagaraju worked within the aviation sector developing cargo tracking and booking systems for international carriers, including Delta, Air Canada, American Airlines, and SAS, before transitioning into business analytics and public sector infrastructure programs. The company said that her immediate focus will center on building scalable digital solutions, and establishing advanced data pipelines to streamline industrial processes and improve operational efficiency across the regional grid.
