SKF India Appoints Nrithika Sridharan as Head of Strategy & Marketing

Sridharan has over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and P&L accountability across the Industrial Goods and Automotive sectors.

SKF India Limited announced the appointment of Nrithika Sridharan as Head of Strategy & Marketing to the company's Senior Management Team, effective February 19, 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors through a circular resolution based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Sridharan brings over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and P&L accountability across the Industrial Goods and Automotive sectors. She holds a PGDM (MBA) from IIM Calcutta (2010) and a B.E. in Electronics & Communications from SSN College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai (2007).

According to the company disclosure, Sridharan specializes in mergers and acquisitions, partnership negotiations, new business development, and team building. Her professional background includes positions at TSF (TVS Family) - Brakes India, Ashok Leyland, Murugappa Group, Bain & Company, and HCL Technologies.

The appointment was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been reported to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
