Sensorise announced on October 14, 2025, that it has acquired LocoNav's India Fleet Management Business, bringing over 10,000 customers and 150,000 active device subscriptions into its operations. The acquisition includes clients such as Hero, Mahindra, Kinetic Green, Dalmia Cements, and RevFin.
The company simultaneously launched Eagle.ai, an AI-powered mobility intelligence platform designed for fleet safety, compliance, and operational management. Dr. Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani, Minister of State for Communications, unveiled the platform at India Mobile Congress 2025 in New Delhi.
Eagle.ai uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to analyze vehicle and driver data in real time. The platform offers anomaly detection for unsafe driving patterns and compliance breaches, a unified dashboard for fleet visibility, real-time regulatory alerts, and integration capabilities with existing IoT and telematics systems.
The integrated solution will provide real-time asset tracking, automated trip management, AI-powered analytics, predictive alerts, driver behavior monitoring, and device-agnostic compatibility. According to the company, these features enable fleet operators to shift from reactive monitoring to predictive decision-making.
Karn Nagpal, President of Sensorise Smart Solutions and Rosmerta Technologies, stated that the platform aligns with the Make in India initiative and aims to position India as a center for mobility solutions. Vijaya Vivek Kamath, CEO of Sensorise, described the launch as the company's entry into intelligent mobility.
Shridhar Gupta, Co-Founder of LocoNav, said the transition allows his company to concentrate on international expansion while ensuring Indian customers receive service through Sensorise's connectivity infrastructure and support network.
Sensorise operates as an M2M service provider specializing in remote management of eSIM and IoT devices. LocoNav develops AI-enabled fleet management technology and IoT-based fleet operations systems. The combined entity will serve multiple vehicle categories, including two-wheelers, four-wheelers, electric vehicles, and commercial vehicles.
