SDLG India has outlined an investment plan of approximately Rs 1,500 crore to scale up domestic manufacturing and capacity building. As an initial step of this roadmap, the company has deployed Rs 300 crore to establish a manufacturing plant in Gujarat designed to reach an annual capacity of up to 3,000 units in a phased rollout.
SDLG India Unveils 10 New Construction Machines
SDLG says the new Gujarat facility will manufacture core heavy machinery lines, including wheel loaders, excavators, and electric commercial vehicles. Alongside the plant announcement, SDLG India unveiled 10 products across diesel and electric excavators, wheel loaders, and motor graders. The machinery lineup incorporates updated hydraulic systems, revised operator controls, and safety equipment, targeting road construction, infrastructure development, and mining applications.
