Schaeffler India approves re-appointment of Harsha Kadam as MD and CEO
Kadam has over three decades of experience in propelling businesses, with expertise spanning domains including sales, manufacturing, product design and development, and business excellence.
Schaeffler India has re-appointed Harsha Kadam as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, from October 1, 2024 till September 30, 2027.
Eranti Sumithasri, Chairperson and independent director at Schaeffler India said, “With his strategic vision and leadership, Harsha Kadam has successfully steered the Company towards new heights over the past few years. His re-appointment as MD and CEO for another term signifies our trust in his capabilities, and we are confident his continued leadership will drive Schaeffler India’s growth and strengthen our position in the market.”
Kadam has over three decades of experience in propelling businesses, with expertise spanning domains including sales, manufacturing, product design and development, and business excellence.
Kadam has played a pivotal role in Schaeffler India's growth after joining in 2018 as president of Industrial Business. He later took up the role of MD and CEO in 2019 for an initial five year tenure.
The motion technology company manufactures high-precision components and systems for drive train and chassis applications as well as rolling and plain bearing solutions for a large number of industrial applications.
