Savita Oil Technologies Signs Multi-Year Deal with Mahindra Tractors
Savita Oil Technologies Limited has formalised a strategic multi-year supply agreement with Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment Business, extending a partnership that began over two decades ago and now covers engine oil supply across Mahindra's national franchise and distributor network.
Savita Oil Technologies Limited (SOTL) announced Wednesday it has entered into a multi-year supply partnership with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited's Farm Tractor Division, consolidating a commercial relationship between the two companies that dates back more than 25 years.
Under the terms of the agreement, SOTL will supply Mahindra Tractor Genuine Engine Oils under the MStar brand through Mahindra's franchise workshop and spare parts distributor network across designated geographies in India. The deal also positions SOTL as a supplier across all major business divisions of Mahindra & Mahindra.
The agreement was formally signed on February 12, 2026, by Gautam N. Mehra, Chairman & Managing Director of Savita Oil Technologies Limited, and R. Veeraraghavan, Senior Vice President – SSU at Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Tractor Division.
The partnership is structured to provide engine oil supply for Mahindra tractors operating across India's agricultural sector, including in varied and demanding field conditions. SOTL said the collaboration is aimed at ensuring engine protection, improved operating efficiency, and consistent performance for end-users in the farming segment.
"Our long-standing association with Mahindra & Mahindra has been built on trust, performance, and common commitment to customer value," Mehra said in a statement. "This key partnership marks an important step forward as we deepen our commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable lubrication solutions for Mahindra tractors."
SOTL, listed among India's leading manufacturers of petroleum specialty products and lubricants, operates across automotive, industrial, and specialty segments, with manufacturing facilities serving both domestic and international markets.
Mahindra & Mahindra's Farm Equipment Business is one of India's largest tractor manufacturers, with an extensive dealer and service network across rural India.
