Royal Enfield total sales up 18% to 73,136 units in April
Sales of motorcycles with engine capacities up to 350 cc stood at 64,728 units last month, as compared to 51,564 units in April 2022.
Motorcycle maker Royal Enfield on Monday reported an 18 percent growth in total sales to 73,136 units in April 2023. The company sold 62,155 units a year ago, Royal Enfield said in a statement.
Sales of motorcycles with engine capacities up to 350 cc stood at 64,728 units last month, as compared to 51,564 units in April 2022.
However, sales of motorcycles with engine capacities above 350 cc stood at 8,408 units in April 2023 as against 10,591 units in the same month a year ago, down 21 percent.
Exports also reported a 49 percent decline at 4,255 units against 8,303 units in the year-ago period, the company said.
