In a move aimed at expanding electric mobility solutions across India, Rilox EV has entered into a multi-year original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partnership with Hala Mobility. The agreement will facilitate the nationwide deployment of electric two-wheelers, with approximately 400 vehicles set to be introduced each month.

The initiative will begin with low-speed electric two-wheelers and later include high-speed models, targeting a total of nearly 20,000 vehicles. The deployment will prioritize premium and fleet-optimized variants that are suited for high-usage urban transport needs.

Rilox EV will supply its Spark Elite model under this partnership. The model is designed to address the mobility requirements of gig economy workers, daily commuters, and fleet operators. It offers a combination of durability, affordability, and performance features that align with operational demands.

Srikanth Reddy, Founder and CEO of Hala Mobility, said the collaboration is based on shared values and a long-term vision. He cited Rilox EV’s engineering strengths and service support as key factors in the partnership, adding that the vehicles meet the cost and scalability needs of Hala’s growing electric mobility network.

Avesh Memon, Founder and CEO of Rilox EV, described the partnership as a step forward in expanding the company’s footprint in the EV sector. He also revealed that discussions are ongoing with other companies for potential collaborations involving Rilox’s loader vehicle segment.

The agreement reflects a joint effort to contribute to India’s electric mobility ecosystem by combining Rilox EV’s manufacturing capabilities with Hala Mobility’s operational and technological platforms.
