Revolt Motors has announced plans to double its annual production capacity to over 3 lakh electric motorcycles by the end of 2026. The announcement comes as the company marks the rollout of its 50,000th unit from its manufacturing facility in Manesar, Haryana.
The milestone unit, an RV1+ in Titan Red Silver, highlights the company’s progress in India's electric two-wheeler market. Currently, Revolt’s Manesar plant has a production capacity of 1.8 lakh units per year. The planned capacity expansion is aimed at addressing the growing demand for electric motorcycles and supporting the company’s domestic and international growth strategy.
Revolt Motors operates over 200 dealerships across India and has recently expanded into Nepal and Sri Lanka. To support its manufacturing growth, the company also intends to increase its dealership network to 400 locations, further strengthening its reach across India and key international markets in South Asia and the Middle East.
The company's current product lineup includes models like the RV400, RV1+, and RV BlazeX, all of which are designed with features such as lithium-ion batteries, riding modes, regenerative braking, and road-ready suspensions tailored for Indian conditions.
Founded in 2017, Revolt Intellicorp introduced India’s first AI-enabled electric motorcycle and continues to focus on building electric mobility solutions backed by a network of genuine parts and accessories.
