Renault India Reports 31% Growth in February Wholesales at 3,495 units

Growth during the month was driven primarily by demand for the refreshed Kiger and Triber models.

Renault India reported wholesale dispatches of 3,495 units in February 2026, marking a 31% year-on-year increase over 2,676 units in the same month last year.

The company said it has sustained its positive momentum into 2026, recording a 32% cumulative growth in the first two months of the calendar year compared to the corresponding period last year .

Growth during the month was driven primarily by demand for the refreshed Kiger and Triber models, with the new Triber registering a 57% YoY increase in February .

Renault said its turnaround trajectory has been building since the third quarter of CY2025, reporting 9% YoY growth in Q3 CY25, followed by 27% growth in Q4 CY25 and 32% growth in the first two months of 2026 .

The automaker also noted that the announcement of the Renault Duster’s return to India has contributed to higher dealership footfalls .

Renault India manufactures its vehicles at the Oragadam facility near Chennai, which has an installed annual capacity of 480,000 units .
