Renault India has announced the commencement of its nationwide 'Renault Summer Camp' service initiative, running from May 19 to May 25, 2025, across all its service facilities throughout India.

The service camp will provide comprehensive vehicle inspections conducted by Renault's trained technicians, focusing on critical components including battery health, fluid levels, lighting systems, filters, and cooling systems. Each service includes a complimentary car top wash.

Customers participating in the camp can avail discounts of up to 15% on select parts, 50% on selected accessories, 15% on labour charges and value-added services, 10% on engine oil replacement, extended warranty, and road-side assistance programs. Special offers on tyres will be announced separately, and all customers will receive complimentary gifts. Users registered on the MY Renault app can access an additional 5% discount on select parts and accessories.

Francisco Hidalgo, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renault India Operations, emphasized the company's commitment to exceptional customer experiences beyond vehicle sales, describing the summer camp as a reflection of their dedication to proactive after-sales care.

The service initiative will feature various customer engagement activities with assured gifts to enhance the ownership experience. Renault currently maintains 580 customer touchpoints across India.

Since establishing its presence in India a decade ago, Renault has developed a comprehensive infrastructure including a manufacturing facility, technology center, and design center in the country. The company has implemented several customer-centric initiatives such as Renault SECURE, ASSIST, EASY CARE, Workshop on Wheels, and the MY Renault App.

Renault India Private Limited operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Renault S.A.S. France. Its manufacturing facility in Oragadam, Chennai, has an annual production capacity of 480,000 units. The company maintains approximately 350 sales and 450 service locations nationwide, including over 210 mobile Workshop on Wheels locations.

The French automaker has positioned itself globally as a pioneer of electric vehicles in Europe and has embarked on its 'Renaulution' strategic plan, aimed at creating a more competitive, balanced, and electrified vehicle portfolio.
