Renault India dispatched 5,413 vehicles to dealers in domestic sales for April 2026,. The volume represents a substantial increase compared to the 2,602 units the automaker sold during the same month in 2025, a 108 percent year-on-year growth.

The sales growth was supported by sustained demand for the new generation Renault Triber and Kiger models, which the company introduced to the market in September 2025. Additionally, initial deliveries for the newly launched Renault Duster commenced in the latter part of April, further contributing to the momentum as market response picked up during its first week of availability.

In response to the increasing demand, the automaker has continued to expand its physical footprint, recently inaugurating a new retail store and workshop facility in Ranchi. Renault India now operates a total of 638 sales and service touchpoints nationwide, a network that includes 200 mobile workshop locations. The company produces its vehicles at a manufacturing facility located in Oragadam, Chennai, which maintains an installed annual production capacity of 4.8 lakh units.
