Raptee.HV has started customer deliveries of its electric motorcycle in Bengaluru, following the opening of its first showroom in the city. The company said it is now working to scale deliveries and fulfil bookings in the market.
Bengaluru is one of the markets targeted by the Chennai-based electric motorcycle manufacturer as it expands its retail and customer support network. Raptee.HV is targeting more than 100 motorcycles across Bengaluru and Chennai by November.
Dinesh Arjun, CEO and co-founder, Raptee.HV, said the company is focused on increasing delivery volumes and reducing customer waiting periods as it scales operations in Bengaluru.
Raptee.HV Expands Bengaluru Service Infrastructure
Raptee.HV has also established a dedicated service centre in 1st Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The facility is staffed by a team of four and operates from Monday to Saturday.
The service centre is intended to provide after-sales support to customers in the city as the company increases its delivery volumes. With the showroom, service centre and customer deliveries now operational, Raptee.HV is expanding its presence in Bengaluru as part of its wider rollout across Indian markets.
Raptee.HV is a Chennai-based electric motorcycle manufacturer that uses its proprietary HV-TEC platform. Its motorcycles are compatible with the CCS2 public charging standard. The company said its technology incorporates elements of electric car technology into its motorcycles.
