Rapido has introduced Zero Commission and No Login Fees for the first 25,000 auto captains in Delhi, with an aim of fostering transparency and maximising earnings.

Expanding beyond its bike and auto services, Rapido recently launched cab services with a fleet of over 60,000 cabs in Delhi NCR. The introduction of zero commission and no login fees for auto captains is a strategic move to set new industry standards, making mobility more cost-effective and accessible, the company shared.

Pavan Guntupalli, co-founder of Rapido, highlighted the company's commitment, stating, "At Rapido, we are steadfastly committed to making mobility more affordable and maximising the earnings of our valued Auto Captains. With zero commissions and no login fees, we believe Rapido has set a new standard in the industry, offering unparalleled benefits to our auto captains. We are confident that by empowering our auto captains with these advantages, they will deliver the best services to our customers."

With this approach, Rapido refrains from charging daily login fees, ensuring that auto captains receive the full amount paid by customers without any deductions. This transparent and cost-effective model aims to create a mutually beneficial ecosystem for both Rapido and its partners.

Additionally, Rapido introduces daily and weekly incentives for auto captains, further maximising their earning potential. This initiative aligns with Rapido's commitment to driver welfare, creating an ecosystem where drivers can earn more while enjoying various benefits.

The move to eliminate commission and login fees while introducing additional incentives is expected to strengthen Rapido's position in the competitive auto-hailing services segment in the national capital.
