Rajendra Abhange to join Endurance Technologies as COO in April

Abhange will succeed Ramesh Gehaney in the first week of April 2024.

Endurance Technologies, an auto component manufacturer, has approved the appointment of Rajendra Abhange as Chief Operating Officer- Designate. 

Abhange will join the Company in the first week of April 2024 and will take charge as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company when Ramesh Gehaney, Whole Time Director and Chief Operating Officer demits office as per the term of his appointment that ends on 5 June, 2024, as per an NSE notification. 

Abhange has an experience of over 38 years with large corporates from the automotive field and has been working in the leadership role as a top management executive. He started his career with Roberto Bosch India in 1984. He was associated with Gabriel India as a Senior Director and Chief Technology Officer till 2021. He was also associated with Auto Ignition Limited as President and CEO. 

Endurance has a diverse range of technology-intensive products and operations in India and Europe (Italy and Germany). In India, the company predominantly caters to two- and three-wheeler OEMs, and its products include aluminum castings, suspensions, transmissions, braking, and battery management systems In Europe, it supplies aluminium castings to four wheeler OEMs, and also caters to the aftermarket for two wheeler components.
