Policybazaar launches program to fast-track motor insurance claims

Policybazaar has launched its Claim Assurance Program to fast-track motor insurance claims and is targeting metro cities as well as Tier 2  and 3 regions.

The brand has launched a slew of initiatives to strengthen its claims assistance across all verticals besides a new advertising campaign to raise awareness regarding initiatives taken to expedite claims processing, the press release noted.

“We understand that dealing with car damage and insurance claims can be stressful,” says Tarun Mathur, CBO, General Insurance, Policybazaar. “Our commitment to providing seamless support extends beyond promises; it’s about tangible actions. Understanding the stress and uncertainty associated with claims, we have conceptualised the Claim Assurance Program which will offer immediate assistance and resolution.”

The Claim Assurance Program offers a range of services to ease car insurance claims woes for customers. Included with every policy, the benefits include a dedicated claim manager who will help with the end-to-end claims journey and status of claims. The policyholder also gets an on-ground support team that will facilitate pick-up, repair and delivery of vehicles through 1500+ network garages.
