Policybazaar has launched its Claim Assurance Program to fast-track motor insurance claims and is targeting metro cities as well as Tier 2  and 3 regions.

The brand has launched a slew of initiatives to strengthen its claims assistance across all verticals besides a new advertising campaign to raise awareness regarding initiatives taken to expedite claims processing, the press release noted.

“We understand that dealing with car damage and insurance claims can be stressful,” says Tarun Mathur, CBO, General Insurance, Policybazaar. “Our commitment to providing seamless support extends beyond promises; it’s about tangible actions. Understanding the stress and uncertainty associated with claims, we have conceptualised the Claim Assurance Program which will offer immediate assistance and resolution.”
