Pininfarina has appointed Davide Loris Amantea as its new Chief Creative Officer, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Paolo Dellachà.
In his new position starting this month, Amantea will direct the company's creative vision and assume responsibility for Mobility Design within the Mobility Business Unit, reporting functionally to Marco Busi.
Amantea brings international design experience across Europe and Asia, having worked with Fiat Group, Italdesign, Jaguar Land Rover, and NIO. He joined Automobili Pininfarina in 2018 and rose to Chief Design Officer, leading design for the Battista electric hyper GT, the Pura Vision show car, and the B95. His industry recognitions include Bloomberg's "50 Ones to Watch" selection in 2023 and the "Design Rising Star" award from Automotive News Europe in 2025.
Concurrently, Guglielmo Cartia will take leadership of the newly established Heritage Department, dedicated to preserving and developing the Pininfarina Historical Archive and Collection. Reporting to Amantea, Cartia will also support the Chief Creative Officer as an advisor for the Mobility Design team.
