PB Wheels Expands Into Full-Service Vehicle Management Platform

PB Fintech's PB Wheels is evolving from a motor insurance platform into a comprehensive vehicle ownership solution, consolidating a range of services including car maintenance, compliance tracking, and road safety features under one digital interface.

The platform now allows users to book car services, manage insurance policies, monitor FASTag status, track PUC certification, and handle traffic challans — all from a single app. The expansion addresses the fragmented nature of vehicle management in India, where owners typically navigate multiple service providers for routine needs.

Sarbvir Singh, Joint Group CEO of PB Fintech, noted that while insurance has traditionally been the entry point for customer relationships, vehicle ownership demands a broader range of ongoing support. The platform aims to deliver that through transparency, convenience, and proactive maintenance tools.

PB Wheels currently operates across 185+ cities, offering services through a network of multi-brand garages with pickup and drop facilities, real-time service updates, and upfront pricing. The company says services are carried out using genuine parts and trained technicians.

The platform recently launched 'Safe Drive Home', a complimentary designated driver service in Delhi NCR intended to discourage drunk driving. PB Wheels says the initiative reflects its broader focus on road safety alongside vehicle upkeep.

To date, the platform has assisted customers in processing over 20,000 claims worth ₹30 crore, according to the company.
