Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) announced on Thursday that it has raised an additional Rs 50 crore in funding, co-led by Abhishek Misra of SKG Asset Management & SKG Fund, Unistone Capital, Sanjeev Agarwal Family Office, and Brijesh Parekh Family Office.

The infusion follows a previous Rs 50 crore round raised earlier this month from Securocorp Securities, Sangeeta Pareekh, Saket Aggarwal Family Office, and Vanshika Sharma. The fresh capital will be directed toward augmenting installed manufacturing capacity, strengthening research and development, expanding dealer and service footprints, and rolling out next-generation commercial and passenger EV platforms as the company prepares for an initial public offering.

Omega Seiki Mobility to Expand Retail Footprint to 250 Touchpoints by FY28

The manufacturer plans to scale its domestic retail and service footprint from the current 150 touchpoints to 250 by FY28, while also evaluating international expansion across select African markets.

"This fundraise marks a significant milestone for Omega Seiki Mobility as we move into the next phase of our growth journey," said Dr Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Mobility. "We remain focused on building scalable electric mobility solutions that create long-term value for our customers, partners, and investors."
