Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) has partnered with Electra AI to integrate battery health intelligence across its electric vehicle ecosystem. The partnership will provide real-time battery monitoring, predictive analytics and State of Health (SoH) insights across OSM’s fleet.

According to OSM, the system is intended to provide greater visibility into battery health and performance for customers, financiers, retailers and fleet operators. The company said the data will also support proactive maintenance, warranty management and product development.

The partnership comes as battery performance and reliability become increasingly relevant to EV uptime, financing decisions and total cost of ownership. OSM said access to battery-health data will also support decisions around the residual value of electric vehicles.

OSM To Use Electra AI For Battery Health Monitoring

OSM will use Electra AI’s battery intelligence platform to monitor battery performance and generate SoH insights across its fleet. The company said the platform will provide deeper operational visibility and enable predictive analytics.

Dr Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman, Omega Seiki Mobility, said battery health is an important factor in determining the residual value of an EV and that transparent measurement could support the development of the used EV market.

“Battery health is the single biggest determinant of an EV's residual value, and until that can be measured transparently, the used EV market will remain constrained,” Narang said.

OSM Chief Strategy Officer Vivek Dhawan said the battery analytics would provide operational insights aimed at fleet productivity, unplanned downtime, warranty management and product development.

Electra AI Battery Intelligence Platform

Electra AI’s platform is described as an intelligence layer for monitoring, optimising and controlling battery systems across their lifecycle. The company said its platform combines Agentic AI, Physical AI and physics-informed battery modelling with Large Quantitative Models (LQMs).

Electra AI co-founder and CEO Fabrizio Martini said the platform is intended to provide vehicle manufacturers with battery data that can support vehicle development, customer assurance and fleet operations.

The companies did not disclose financial terms or the specific OSM vehicle models covered under the partnership in the release.
