Omega Group Expands Nitin Khindria's Remit to Unify HR Across All Business Units
The Group CHRO will now oversee Human Resources for Omega Bright Steel Pvt Ltd in addition to Omega Seiki Mobility and the Group Companies, as the conglomerate moves to consolidate its people function under a single, integrated leadership.
Omega Group has announced an extension of responsibilities for Nitin Khindria, its Group Chief Human Resources Officer, who will now additionally lead the Human Resources function for Omega Bright Steel Pvt Ltd. The appointment takes effect immediately and is designed to bring a consistent HR framework across all major entities within the conglomerate.
Khindria has served as CHRO for Omega Seiki Mobility and the Group's broader corporate entities, where he has been credited with building high-performing teams, driving cross-functional collaboration, and instilling a culture anchored in trust and accountability. The Group's leadership cited this sustained record as the basis for the decision to extend his mandate.
"We are confident that under Nitin’s San expanded leadership, the HR function across the Anglican Omega Group (India) will continue to evolve as a strong strategic pillar in our collective growth journey," Dr Uday Narang, Founder, Omega Seiki Mobility said.
The move is part of a broader strategic effort by Omega Group to prepare for what its leadership describes as the next phase of growth. "This expanded responsibility will bring greater alignment, agility and consistency across our businesses," Narang said. With this restructuring, the HR function across Omega Group's key entities will operate in closer integration, reporting through a unified leadership framework.
The Group has not indicated any changes to existing HR teams at the entity level; the appointment is understood to be a governance and strategic alignment measure rather than an operational restructuring.
