Ola Mobility has announced the launch of its airport operations at Kolkata’s Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport. The company has introduced dedicated pickup zones at Kolkata Airport. These zones are strategically located to reduce waiting times, facilitating a swift and hassle-free pickup process for passengers. Moreover, to provide assistance and manage operations smoothly, Ola has stationed a dedicated team of representatives at the airport available 24/7. This initiative is geared towards addressing any queries or concerns passengers might have, further elevating their airport transfer experience.
Hemant Bakshi, CEO of Ola Mobility, speaking on the announcement said "The launch of our services at Kolkata airport is a significant milestone in our journey to enhance the airport ride experience nationwide. Our presence across 23 leading airports in the country reflects our commitment to serving 1 billion Indians with our mobility solutions. By introducing dedicated pickup zones and ensuring round-the-clock support, along with special provisions for our driver partners, we aim to redefine the standards of comfort and convenience in airport transfers."
This initiative also highlights Ola's commitment to the welfare and convenience of its driver partners. Special privileges have been extended to them, including the use of designated Ola pickup zones for staging their cabs and dedicated parking spaces for up to 2 hours, ensuring smooth pickups and a better overall experience for drivers.
